Don’t miss the Eleventh Hour on December 15th where select stores in downtown Annapolis will remain open until 11pm, giving everyone an excuse to get out and shop well into the night. The City of Annapolis will offer FREE 3-hour valet parking, free Circulator buses and discounted garage parking during the annual event.
