
The continuing care community will also provide medical and wellness services. Plans call for 550 units altogether, including 75 assisted living units, and 125 townhomes that will not be age-restricted.
Those involved in the project include Crystal Spring Development LLC; Annapolis attorney Alan J. Hyatt of Hyatt and Weber P.A.; Forest Drive LLC of Annapolis as retail and commercial developers; FreemanWhite of Charlotte, N.C., as project architects; and Streetsense of Bethesda as retail planners and marketers.
Preliminary discussions with the city will take place before a formal proposal is filed.
