Celebrate the start of spring with the residents of Downtown Annapolis as they decorate their doorways with beautiful baskets of flowers. Make sure you bring your camera to capture the bountiful blooms throughout the Historic District. Volunteers from the Garden Club of Old Annapolis Towne judge the entries and invite winners to join them at an annual Garden Club Tea.
