We invite the community to come together to celebrate Mardi Gras in Downtown Annapolis on Market Space.
It will be an afternoon of festivities in the street with live music that will make you want to dance in the street opening with Priddy Music Academy bands- Lopsided Chickens and Silver Soul, followed by the high energy bands Wild Anacostias and the Naptown Brass Band.
Enjoy a wide range of food from six of our downtown restaurants including Middleton Tavern, McGarvey’s Saloon and Oyster Bar, Iron Rooster Annapolis, Federal House Bar & Grille, Harvest Wood Grill + Tap and Annapolis Market House. The menu is truly Cajun with gumbo, grilled oysters, crawfish boil, shrimp and grits and more.
Mardi Gras is not complete without some good beverages. We will have hurricanes, oranges crushes, Bud Light and craft beers on tap. Plus sodas and bottled waters.
Be sure to get in the spirit and wear your beads and dress festive.
